Shipping and Refund Policy
We shall deliver your orders to our courier service within 3 business days after you have placed your order. For orders from within Metro Manila, deliveries by courier are typically completed within 5 business days, while those outside of Metro Manila, typically within 7 to 10 business days.
While we try our best to ship and deliver on time, delays may sometimes occur due to the volume of deliveries, weather conditions and other events which are beyond our control or beyond the control of our designated courier. Business days are Mondays to Fridays, not including holidays. For rush shipments, please contact our Customer Service directly.
REFUND POLICY: Once we have shipped your items, all payments made online are non-refundable, except only for the following reasons:
(1) Your items got lost in transit and can no longer be traced.
(2) Your items are damaged, incomplete, or with missing parts, and we could not provide any replacement.
