Give your plants natural, gradual calcium support with our Premium Finely Crushed Eggshells—a simple and practical soil additive for container gardens, vegetable beds, flowering plants, and compost.

Each pack contains 100% pure eggshells sourced from various poultry farms. The shells are thoroughly washed and finely processed into a blend of powder-like particles and small flakes. The finer particles mix easily into the soil, while the remaining flakes break down gradually over time.

• Finely crushed for easier soil incorporation
• Contains powder-like particles with some small eggshell flakes
• Suitable for potted plants, garden beds, compost, and vermicompost

• No added fillers or synthetic ingredients

WHY USE CRUSHED EGGSHELLS FOR PLANTS?

Provides gradual calcium support
Eggshells naturally contain calcium carbonate. As they slowly break down, they add calcium to the soil. Calcium supports normal plant cell formation, sturdy plant tissues, and healthy new growth.

Finer texture for easier use
Large eggshell pieces may take a long time to decompose. Our finely crushed texture allows the material to blend more evenly into potting mixes, garden soil, and compost.

Useful for many types of plants
Crushed eggshells may be used for vegetables, herbs, tomatoes, chili peppers, eggplants, flowering plants, and ornamentals when additional calcium is appropriate.

Adds value to compost and vermicompost
Mix small amounts into compost or worm bins as an additional calcium-rich material.

PEST MANAGEMENT TIP

Use crushed eggshells as an added slug and snail deterrent, especially during rainy days when diatomaceous earth can lose its effectiveness after getting wet.

Apply the crushed eggshells in a continuous ring around vulnerable plants. The rough texture may help discourage slugs, snails, and other soft-bodied garden pests from crossing the barrier. Check and rebuild the ring whenever it becomes scattered or covered with soil.

Results may vary depending on weather, pest population, and garden conditions. For better protection, combine this method with regular inspection, hand-picking, and removal of damp hiding places.

HOW TO USE

For potted plants:
Sprinkle a light, even amount over the soil. Gently mix it into the upper layer of the potting medium.

When repotting:
Mix a small amount evenly into your potting mix before planting.

For garden beds:
Spread lightly around the plant’s root zone and gently incorporate it into the soil.

For compost or vermicompost:
Add small amounts and distribute evenly throughout the composting material.

For slug and snail barrier use:
Create a continuous band around the plant without allowing the material to touch the stem. Make sure leaves, weeds, or debris do not form a bridge across the barrier. Check and rearrange after watering or heavy rain.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

• Eggshell calcium is released gradually and is not an instant treatment for calcium deficiency.
• This product is not a complete source of plant nutrition. Use it as part of a balanced plant-care program.
• Avoid excessive application because calcium carbonate may gradually raise soil pH.
• Use sparingly around plants that prefer acidic growing conditions.
• Store tightly sealed in a cool, dry place.
• Not for human or animal consumption.
• For individual home gardening use only.

Choose a simple, low-waste way to support your garden with 100% pure, finely crushed eggshells for plants.
